Eben’s career in international development dates back to 1998 when he worked with TechnoServe, Inc as a Business Advisor. He has worked for OIC International since 2003, and is the former Country Manager for OIC International’s Farmer-to-Farmer Ghana Program.

Eben’s areas of expertise include extensive knowledge and experience in Agribusiness Development, Microenterprise Development, Financial Management, Public Relations, Communications, Cooperative Development and Community Development.

As a former field staff member, Eben’s experience in implementing OIC International’s programs combined with his expertise in financial management make him invaluable in overseeing our programs’ budgets and other financial information.

Eben holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Management from Kwame Nkrumanh University of Science and Technology, Ghana and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
