Vice Chair : Mr. James Talton

James M. Talton is president of Applied Resource Management, Inc., a Cleveland, Ohio-based firm that provides management, strategic planning, and executive counseling to businesses and non-profits. In addition to being vice chair of the OIC International board, Mr. Talton is a member of the executive committee of OIC of America’s board of directors. He has been associated with the work of Opportunities Industrialization Centers founder Rev. Leon H. Sullivan and the OIC movement for nearly a quarter century.

Prior to starting his consulting firm in 1992, he served as executive vice president of human resources for Forest City Enterprises and senior vice president of Rite Aid Corporation. Mr. Talton holds a BS degree in biology and chemistry from Knoxville College in Knoxville, Tennessee, and a MS degree in industrial and labor relations from St. Francis College in Loretto, PA.
