Secretary : Mr. Guillaume G. Castel

Guillaume G. Castel is director for Cisco Systems, Inc., a supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet. Before joining Cisco Systems in 2008, Mr. Castel was chief financial officer of AllAfrica Global Media, a multi-media content service provider and systems technology developer, and the largest electronic distributor of African news and information worldwide. Mr. Castel joined AllAfrica Global Media from IBM Corporation, where he served as a senior associate in the company’s Mergers and Acquisitions Worldwide Group and before that with IBM Global Services as finance and operations manager. He is a guest lecturer on mergers and acquisitions strategy at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and served as the IBM representative for the Mayor’s Commission on Technology for the City of Philadelphia.

He earned an MBA, with a concentration in finance and business law, and a MA degree, with a concentration in Management of Innovation and General Management, at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Rouen, France.
