Our strength lies in our field-based, decentralized model. The key to developing successful programs that result in sustainable solutions lies in this model. Thus, the majority of our staff are placed overseas, where they live and work in the communities where we implement our programs.  OIC International has a team of over 300 skilled management, technical and field staff with expertise in Food Security and Agriculture, Water and Sanitation, Technical and Vocational Training, Business and Entrepreneurship Development, Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness, Development Finance and Post-Conflict Rehabilitation.  We place special emphasis on working closely with rural communities and women-led households.
